POWERS AND DUTIES:
1. Review day-to-day activities of the city's electrical distribution system, including maintenance and operation, and report any concerns it may have to the council;
3. Upon resolution or motion of the council, investigate, analyze, recommend and advise certain specific projects, improvements, changes, and modifications of the city's electrical distribution system; and
4. Advise the council of contracts which concern the electrical distribution system of the city.
